(Strict, Kipping, Negative, Banded etc..)

If you can Pull-ups, challenge How many times you can do it in one set.

Weightlifting

Snatch Push-Press (5 sets x 5 reps)

@50-60% of 1-RM
Rest 90 sec between set.

Metcon

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12 minutes:

8 Power Snatches 115/85 lbs.

16 Toes-to-Bar

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 12 minutes:

8 Hang Power Snatches 65/55 lbs, or “DB”

16 Knee Raises or 16 AB Mat Sit-ups
