Pull-ups

(Strict, Kipping, Negative, Banded etc..)

If you can Pull-ups, challenge How many times you can do it in one set.

Strength

Deadlift (3 sets x 3 reps @85-90% of 1-RM)

Rest 2-3 minutes between set.

Deadlift (3 sets x 8 reps @70% of 1-RM)

Rest 2 minutes between set.

15 Deadlifts 185/135 lbs

10 Hand Stand Push-ups

15 Deadlifts 135/95, 115/85 lbs

5 Walk Walks
