Bench Press (5 sets x 5 reps @80-85% of 1-RM)
Rest 2 minutes between set.
4 sets x 8-10 reps @Do 8 to 10 times as heavy as possible.
Rest 90 seconds between set.
400 m Run
100-ft Hand Stand Walks
400 m Run or 500 m Row or 1200 m bike
6 Wall walks
20 Knees to Elbows
Time cap: 25minutes.
