Metcon (Distance)

Handstand walk

(Hold, Wall Walk, Balance Training, etc)

*10 minutes of practice time to be able to walk.


Bench Press (5 sets x 5 reps @80-85% of 1-RM)

Rest 2 minutes between set.

Floor Press

4 sets x 8-10 reps @Do 8 to 10 times as heavy as possible.

Rest 90 seconds between set.


Metcon (Time)

For time:

4 Rounds

400 m Run

100-ft Hand Stand Walks

20 Toes-to-Bar

4 Rounds:

400 m Run or 500 m Row or 1200 m bike

6 Wall walks

20 Knees to Elbows

Time cap: 25minutes.
