10 Minute EMOM:

1 – 60 Double-Unders

2 – 10 Burpee Over Box

Scaling:

You should step down on the other side of the box each rep. Shoot for 30-35 seconds of work for the entire rounds. Intermediate athletes can do these movements as prescribed, while newer athletes may choose to reduce the reps or modify the movements.

Beginner Option:

10 Minute EMOM:

1 – 60 Single-Unders

2 – 10 Burpees
