40/30 Calories Row

30 Air Squats

20 Strict Handstand Push-Ups

Rest 2:00 After Round 3

Scaling:

If you can’t do 20 HSPUs unbroken, cut the reps down to 12. The HSPUs are meant to be quick, so if they are holding up the metcon, cut the reps down. After the 2:00 rest, try and get back to the pace you were holding in the first round. If you can’t do strict HSPUs, you can do them regular push-ups.
