20 Alternating Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges 50/35

20 Dumbbell Thrusters 50/35

20/14 Cal Bike/Row

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Scaling:

Intermediate athletes can do these movements as prescribed, while newer athletes will want to modify the load and potentially decrease the number of reps.

Beginner Option:

3 rounds of:

14 Alternating Dumbbell Front Rack Lunges 35/25

14 Dumbbell Thrusters 35/25

14/9 Cal Bike/Row

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Time Cap: 20 minutes
